This is a HEAVY DUTY adapter to fit standard UK & European IBC Containers which normally have a 2" Bore, which is a 60mm Butress/Coarse Thread (measured thread edge to thread edge).

It converts the S60 buttress IBC outlet thread (after the valve) to a more useful Angled 2" (50mm) Hose Tail Connection.
Angled Hose Tails are usefull for connecting two IBC tanks together or to keep the hose pipe parallel to the IBC tank in confined spaces or to keep the outlet area more tidy.

The HEAVY DUTY option is much stronger than the standard item and is recommended for commercial applications or for situations where the fitting may be subject to stress.

You have the OPTION of either the Standard version, which is fitted with EPDM & Buna N (Nitrile) Seals or choosing the VITON Seal option for superior chemical resistance.
