This is an MDPE Compression pipe joiner / splitter with Manifold.

One single length of pipe can be split up to 4 ways, each with an individual On/Off valve.

You can choose to open or shut any combination of the outlets from 0 to 4

There is a version for 20 mm MDPE pipe and one for 25 mm MDPE pipe.

Dimensions represent the EXTERNAL diameter of the pipe
